Bow Shoots
The club also sponsors archery shoots at the indoor range’s  first floor archery range on Fridays from 5pm to 9 pm, December thru March.   Club members shoot for free.  There is a nominal fee for non-members

Club & Indoor Range

CONCEALED CARRY

Classes for a concealed carry permit are also available at the club location with independent NRA certified Basic Pistol Instructors teaching "NRA Basic Pistol" and also the NRA class "First Steps". You need to have at least the basic pistol class to apply for your concealed carry permit.

Club business meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7pm.

Outdoor Range

Location of the Outdoor Range is on Big Grave Creek approximately 4.3 miles from the Indoor Range/Club building. There is a locked gate to enter you MUST have the lock combination (Given to current members) to enter the outdoor range. The range gate is across the “submarine” bridge that is on your left side coming from the club building.

INDOOR RANGE

The indoor range is located off 12th Street, Moundsville right next to the Regional Jail. It is open Monday and Thursday nights from 6-9pm October thru April. There are 8 shooting stalls that are 50 feet in length. Each is equipped with an automated target retrieval system. We provide targets or you can bring your own.  Members can bring a guest one time per guest.  The Range is open to the public for $6.

The purpose of this organization is to promote and encourage the use of firearms for sport among the members of the club and the public in general; to promote and advocate the use of firearms in general; to promote and advocate the use firearms in a safe and careful manner; to provide facilities for the recreational use of firearms for the members of the club; to conduct an association which will be enabled to educate the members of the general public in the use of firearms for recreation and sport.

We are committed to the safety and education of individuals interested in the shooting sports.  The club was founded in 1958 by a group of individuals interested in the shooting sports.  Over the years, the club has grown into what it is today. 

We have a fifty foot indoor range with 8 retrieval equipped shooting lanes, an outdoor rifle range with 8 covered benches,  and three pistol bays.
