ANY MEMBER FOUND SHOOTING AFTER HOURS WILL HAVE THEIR MEMBERSHIP REVOKED. WE ALL KNOW THE RULES SO PLEASE FOLLOW THEM. THIS IS ALSO AN INSURANCE ISSUE THAT THE CLUB MUST FOLLOW TO KEEP IT VALID.

REMEMBER TO CHECK THE CALENDAR PRIOR TO USING THE INDOOR RANGE. THIS ALSO APPLIES TO THE BOW SHOOTS ON WEDNESDAY NIGHTS. NO SHOOTING ON BOW NIGHTS OR CLASS DAYS.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO SIGN IN AND OUT WHEN USING THE INDOOR RANGE DURING YOUR VISIT.

We will begin the Poker shoots on Monday February 16th, 2026. Rules are simple. The card sheet will be hung with the card backs facing the shooter. The participant will shoot 5 rounds at the back of the cards. Only the card with the bullet hole will be counted. If two cards are hit with the same bullet those cards do not count (a 9mm can hit two cards at the same time). Best hand at the end of the competition wins. To keep it interesting the name of the shooter with the best 3 hands will be posted. However, the top hands will not be revealed. This is to keep the game interesting. A club designee will hang the cards and remove them. The card will be placed in a secure place until the end of the competition and the winners will be posted. Payout is top 3 hands. Cost is $3 per card.

THE OUTDOOR RANGE WILL NOW CLOSE AT 7:00 PM. THERE IS TO BE NO SHOOTING AFTER 7:00 PM.

BREAKING THIS TIME RULE WILL BE GROUNDS FOR MEMBERSHIP REVOCATION.

THE REGIONAL JAIL WILL BE DOING THIER QUALIFICATIONS APRIL 6-10 8AM TO 5PM AT THE RIFLE RANGE 

PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOURSELF. USED TARGTS, STANDS, BRASS AND TRASH NEED TO BE CLEANED UP PRIOR TO LEAVING. THE DUMPSTER AQUALIFT THE INOOR RANGE IF FOR THIS TRASH.

Marshall County Sheriff's Department will be qualifying at the Rifle range August 10 - 14, 2026. The Rifle range will be closed between the hours of 0800 - 1700 hours each day.

Moundsville Police Department will be qualifying at the Rifle range May 13 and 14 from 9am to 2pm

DUE TO INCREASED COSTS THE TARGETS WILL NOW BE $1 EACH.

GOLD ALLOWS ACCESS TO THE INDOOR RANGE MONDAY THRU FRIDDAY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 5:30 PM TO 8:30 PM.

PLATINUM ALLOWS ACCESS TO THE INDOOR RANGE MONDAY THRU SUNDAY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9:00 AM TO 8:30 PM.

CLUB MEMBER, JIM BAKER, HAS VOLUNTEERED TO MOW THE OUTDOOR RANGE.  DURING GRASS MOWING THE RANGE WILL BE CLOSED. WE WILL UPDATE THE MOWING SCHEDULE AS IT IS AVAILABLE.

PLEASE CLEANUP YOUR BRASS IN ORDER TO NOT DAMAGE THE MOWER.

The deflector shield has been REPAINTED YELLOW to better see it from the shooting stalls. Shooters are required to ensure the target is below the shield so as not to shoot the ceiling tiles. 

THE BOW SHOOT HAVE ENDED FOR THE YEAR. WE HAD A GOOD TURNOUT.

THE MOUNDSVILLE RIFLE AND PISTOL CLUB, IN CONJUCTION WITH DABELL FIREARM INSTRUCTION, LLC, WILL BE HOSTING A USSCA CONCEAL CARRY AND HOME DEFENSE INSTRUCTOR COURSE JUNE 13-14, 2026.
